Is alcohol allowed?
The answer is YES! Unlike some other programs with Beachbosy, you're allowed alcohol during you CHOICE day on the LIIFT4 plan ( in moderation, of course).
What equipment do you need for LIIFT4?
3 sets of weights (light, medium, heavy)
Yoga mat if you would like!
What can you expect from the workouts?
The program is broken down into 2 Phases:

Phase 1: Build

Phase 2: Shred

During Phase 1, the workouts will focus more on muscle building. Don't worry, Ladies! You will not BULK UP. You will DEFINE.
As you move into Phase 2, you will focus more on the HIIT component to lose more weight and lean out.

When does the program release?

*LIIFT4 is being released in 2 phases:
​
1. VIP Early Access: Starting June 11th the program will go on sale for $10 off and officially releases to Beachbody On Demand in July! My team has created a 3 week PREP workout calendar that mirrors LIIFT4 to get you all ready to officially start the LIIFT program in July. You can also opt in to a test group with other people who are also doing the program-lots of accountability and support!

2. Without Early Access: Without early access, all BOD subscribers will have access to this program starting October 1st.
​
*In addition to LIIFT4, you will have access to the entire library of workouts in Beachbody On Demand for 365 days! It is similar to Netflix, but for workouts! Yoga, Pilates, cardio, strength. dance, kickboxing....plus simple and delicious recipes and meal plans that stream to any web-enabled device..all at your fingertips to help you reach your goals!
